Short answers. Full detail is in Terms and Refund.
Are CS plugins sold as `.sp` / `.smx`, or CS2 `.dll` / `.cs`?
No. `.sp` / `.smx` files are not sold. CS2 `.dll` and `.cs` files are not sold either. Source or compiled plugin files are not handed over. It’s a managed, remote-validated license on one server IP; I handle the install. Standard installation is included; custom map work / branding is extra. Details: Discord @wysteriaworks and cs.wysteriaworks.com.
Does a CS:GO license include CS2?
No. A CS:GO license does not include CS2, and a CS2 license does not include CS:GO. Each game is bought separately.
Do I own the plugin after I buy it?
No. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the plugin. You get a personal licensed copy; the plugin stays with Wysteria Works.
Is installation included?
Yes — standard + in-server installation is included in the price (load, cfg, license, basic test). Custom map adaptation and branding are separate.
What happens when the license ends?
The plugin goes quietly passive. Your server does not crash.
How do refunds work?
Plugins: 3 calendar days from delivery/install, only for an unfixable technical fault. Not available on hosts that allow FTP/download of the files. See /refund.
What if the server IP changes?
The license is bound to one IP. A transfer needs my approval and may cost extra. An IP change is not a refund reason.
Do you build cheats or phishing tools?
No.
Is the web project deposit refundable?
No. Upfront deposits to start work are non-refundable.
Is support guaranteed?
Support is best-effort. There is no SLA or uptime promise.
Have I accepted the terms?
Placing an order or making a payment means you accept the Terms and the Refund policy. Browsing the portfolio alone does not.
