- Through the website: There is no user account, membership system, form, or checkout on the site. Visitors' personal data is not collected or processed for profiling.
- External channels: Messages sent through third-party platforms such as Discord, Steam, or GitHub are subject to those services' own privacy policies.
- Service and delivery details: Usernames, project requirements, delivery history, and external payment receipt or reference codes that you share for a plugin or web project are kept only to deliver and verify the work.
Cookies and browser storage
Only basic technical mechanisms run on the site, in line with KVKK and GDPR:
- Required storage (wysteria-cookie-consent): Kept as a cookie and in localStorage to remember your cookie consent. It cannot be turned off.
- Preference storage (wysteria-locale): Remembers the interface language (TR/EN) only if you give consent.
- Analytics and ads: Google Analytics, Meta pixel, ad trackers, or third-party behavior tracking are not used.
- Resetting preferences: You can reset your cookie consent at any time by clearing data for wysteriaworks.com from your browser.
Data security and retention
Technical notes and payment references for delivered projects are kept on local secure systems for possible technical support, license disputes, and accounting verification. They are not shared with or sold to third parties.
