Refund Terms

Refunds follow the Terms of Service. Summary:

CS:GO / CS2 Plugins

• Refund requests must be sent within 3 calendar days of delivery/install. A refund is only issued if the plugin does not work despite stated technical requirements and cannot be fixed with developer support.
• After a managed install is complete, “I don’t like the install” or a change of mind is not a refund reason.
• Proof of the fault (log, screenshot, or video) may be requested.
• Reviews are completed within 3 business days.
• No refunds on hosting setups that allow downloading or transferring plugin files, for digital file security.
• Licenses are tied to a single server IP; leaking or unauthorized distribution cancels the license and voids refund rights.

Custom Web Projects

• Upfront deposits to start work are non-refundable (development time cannot be undone).
• A change of taste or idea is not a refund reason.
• Except for stages that have not started, there is no refund of fees for delivered or approved stages.
