Refund Terms

Digital software products and custom coding services are delivered immediately and cannot be taken back, so refunds follow the terms below:

CS2 plugins

• One-time / permanent licenses: If a delivered plugin does not work despite the stated system requirements and the issue cannot be resolved with technical support, a full refund is issued or a working version is provided within 7 days of delivery.
• Timed / monthly licenses: Period subscriptions are charged at the start of the period. There is no partial or prorated refund for unused days after the period has begun.

Custom web development

• Upfront planning: Prepayments for analysis and design work at the start of a project are not refundable.
• Staged projects: Fees for development stages that have not started and have not been coded are refunded. Scope changes requested after an approved design or delivered source code are subject to a new quote.

You can send refund and review requests on Discord, or write to [email protected], with your order details and payment reference. Requests are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days.
